About our Chapter
Be the Bean: Knoxville is a faith-driven, leadership-focused community where men and women gather each month to grow, connect, and build authentic relationships rooted in purpose. Designed for people who want to lead well, live intentionally, and build meaningful connections, our gatherings bring together faith, personal development, and intentional networking in a way that strengthens both individuals and the greater Knoxville community.
Each monthly meeting blends powerful teaching, real conversation, and guided networking — giving people the chance not just to learn, but to truly meet one another, form partnerships, and encourage each other forward. We explore themes like character, resilience, influence, and calling, creating space for growth while fostering relationships that extend beyond the room.
Be the Bean: Knoxville is more than an event; it’s a movement of people choosing to make their homes, workplaces, and city better by the way they live and lead. It’s a community where faith is honored, leaders are shaped, and connections are formed that bring strength, support, and momentum.
Whether you’re seeking inspiration, community, or a network of purpose-driven people, you’ll find a place here. Come join us — and bring your influence to the table.
Chapter Leaders

Amanda Tunnell
Amanda Tunnell is a woman driven by faith, genuine connection, and a passion for serving people right where God places her. As a leader and member of Be The Bean, she helps bring men and women together in community; creating spaces where encouragement, purpose, and real conversation can flourish.
A devoted mom of four tweens and teens, Amanda lives her life in the beautiful chaos of parenting while modeling what it means to show up with grace, resilience, and love. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines, mentoring others, leading conversations over coffee, or praying for the hearts around her, her mission remains the same: to build community that reflects God’s goodness.
For Amanda, service isn’t a role—it’s a calling. She believes wholeheartedly in being present, being faithful, and being a light in her local community. Through Be The Bean, she invites others to experience the transformation that happens when faith, people, and purpose come together. In her free time you can find her wrestling her 3 dogs, chasing pickleball dreams, or porch swinging with her hubby, Heath.
